Is any of this real?

Honestly

Ayurveda is a 2,000-year-old observational system, not a clinical one. Most of what it says about food, sleep and timing has never been through a randomised trial, and some of it never will be.

What we're confident about

Regular meal times, a bigger lunch, an earlier and lighter dinner, consistent sleep, and eating with the season. These are the spine of what this app tells you, and modern chronobiology agrees with all of them.

What we won't do

Sell you herbs. Diagnose you. Tell you to fast or cleanse. Suggest that a food is toxic. Mention your weight. Discourage you from seeing a doctor about anything.

Treat it as a well-organised set of habits, framed by a tradition that thought carefully about time.

If it doesn't help within a fortnight, delete it. It's free, and nothing follows you out.
