The useful half of a dosha test is the second measurement.

What a quiz can do

Twelve questions, answered honestly, will get your proportion roughly right: more wind, more heat, more heaviness. That is prakriti, or close enough for a free app. It is a structured self-assessment, not a lab result, and not a substitute for someone who can take your pulse.

Where every other app stops

Then they print a type — “you are Pitta” — and freeze the advice. Cooling foods forever. The same three tips in January and in August. The label was never the point. If your heat is high this week because you slept badly and ate lunch at four, the constitution you were born with is the wrong instrument.

What Ritu adds

Nine questions about your whole life, three about the last fortnight. That split is what separates who you are from how you are right now. The morning cards follow the drift, the season, and the climate where you actually live — not a rotation, and not a North Indian calendar pasted onto Montreal.

Free, no account, nothing to cancel.

If the second sentence of the result doesn’t sound like you, the first one was never going to help. Delete it. Nothing follows you out.
